Come to the Lowell Elementary playground and play-field, enjoy food, drinks, and games, meet teachers, students, staff, and get ready for the year ahead! Principal Stump will say a few words, and members of the PTA will be on hand to chat and answer questions.

We are seeking volunteers to help with this event, and assistance with setup or cleanup would be much appreciated.

Volunteer!

We need to start the year with a clean and safe play area for our students. Please come help cleanup the playground, field, and generally spruce up the outdoor areas. This is mostly about cleaning up trash, debris, and removing unsafe items such as needles. Please contact us and let us know you are coming so we can arrange refreshments, but we won’t turn you away if you just show up!

While we work outside, several area churches are going to be cleaning up, painting, and improving inside the building. Say hello!

Many of the classrooms have area rugs, giving the children a place to gather, work, and play. However, the janitorial staff is not responsible for cleaning these area rugs. That’s where we come in. We need to find volunteers to help operate a small fleet of carpet cleaning machines, and get those things clean! If you can spare a little time please fill in the form below to let us know!
